Security and protection of your personal data

5. Pseudonymization

6. File system

“File system” is any structured collection of personal data that is accessible according to certain criteria, regardless of whether this collection is managed centrally, decentrally or according to functional or geographical criteria.

7. Responsible

“Responsible” is a natural or legal person, authority, institution or other body that alone or jointly with others decides on the purposes and means of processing personal data; If the purposes and means of this processing are specified by Union law or the law of the member states, the person responsible or the specific criteria for his appointment can be provided for in accordance with Union law or the law of the member states.

8. Processors

“Processor” is a natural or legal person, authority, institution or other body that processes personal data on behalf of the person responsible.

9. Recipient

“Recipient” is a natural or legal person, authority, institution or other body to which personal data is disclosed, regardless of whether it is a third party or not. Authorities that may receive personal data as part of a specific investigation according to Union law or the law of the member states are not considered recipients; The processing of this data by the named authorities takes place in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations in accordance with the purposes of the processing.

10. Third

“Third party” is a natural or legal person, authority, institution or other body, apart from the data subject, the person responsible, the processor and the persons who are authorized to process the personal data under the direct responsibility of the person responsible or the processor.

11. Consent

Lawfulness of processing

d. the processing is necessary to protect the vital interests of the data subject or another natural person;

e. The processing is necessary for the performance of a task that is in the public interest or takes place in the exercise of official authority that has been assigned to the person responsible;

f. Processing is necessary to safeguard the legitimate interests of the person responsible or a third party, unless the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the person concerned, which require the protection of personal data, outweigh them, in particular if the person concerned is a child .

Information about the collection of personal data

(1) In the following we inform you about the collection of personal data when using our website. Personal data are e.g. B. name, address, email addresses, user behavior.

Administration, financial accounting, office organization, contact management

We process data in the context of administrative tasks as well as the organization of our operations, financial accounting and compliance with legal obligations, such as archiving. We process the same data that we process in the context of providing our contractual services. The processing bases are Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. c. GDPR, Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f., Art. 28 GDPR. Data subjects are affected by the processing: customers, interested parties, business partners and website visitors. The purpose and our interest in processing lies in administration, financial accounting, office organization, archiving of data, i.e. tasks that serve to maintain our business activities, perform our tasks and provide our services. The deletion of the data with regard to contractual services and contractual communication corresponds to the information given for these processing activities. We disclose or transmit data to the financial administration, consultants, such as tax consultants or auditors, as well as other fee offices and payment service providers. Furthermore, on the basis of our business interests, we store information on suppliers, organizers and other business partners, e.g. for later contact. We generally store this mostly company-related data permanently.

Newsletter

(1) With your consent, you can subscribe to our newsletter, which we use to inform you about our current interesting offers. The advertised goods and services are named in the declaration of consent.

(2) We use the so-called double opt-in procedure to register for our newsletter. This means that after you have registered, we will send you an e-mail to the e-mail address provided, in which we ask you to confirm that you wish to receive the newsletter. If you do not confirm your registration within 24 hours, your information will be blocked and automatically deleted after one month. In addition, we save the IP addresses you use and the times of registration and confirmation. The purpose of the procedure is to prove your registration and, if necessary, to clarify any possible misuse of your personal data.

The provision of further, separately marked data is voluntary and is used in order to be able to address you personally. After your confirmation, we will save your e-mail address for the purpose of sending you the newsletter. The legal basis is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 lit. a GDPR.

(4) You can revoke your consent to the sending of the newsletter at any time and unsubscribe from the newsletter. Online presence in social media

We maintain an online presence within social networks and platforms in order to be able to communicate with the customers, interested parties and users active there and to inform them about our services. Integration of services and content from third parties

Use of Google Analytics

(7) Right to data portability

a. is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract between the data subject and the person responsible,

b. is permissible on the basis of legal provisions of the Union or the member states to which the person responsible is subject and these legal provisions contain appropriate measures to safeguard the rights and freedoms and legitimate interests of the data subject or

c. takes place with the express consent of the data subject.

The person responsible takes appropriate measures to safeguard the rights and freedoms as well as the legitimate interests of the person concerned, including at least the right to obtain the intervention of a person on the part of the person responsible, to express their own point of view and to contest the decision.

The data subject can exercise this right at any time by contacting the responsible person.

(10) Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
